Western Railway rescued 422 kids, 45 women in the last six months

Bhakar said that WR deployed 232 personnel of the Maharashtra State Security Corporation, 97 women home guards, 84 women staff under the Mahila Vahini in the Mumbai Division

On Wednesday, Western Railway Chief Spokesperson Ravinder Bhakar said that the Railway Protection Force (RPF) of the has rescued 422 children and 45 women in the last six months and handed them over to their families or NGOs respectively. The rescued children were either trafficked, lost, missing, runaway or abandoned.
