Around 7.30 am yesterday, a five-storeyed building in Mumbra collapsed -- the third building in the area this year to come crashing down -- and claimed one life. A majority of the residents managed to escape unhurt, as they fled out of their homes within minutes of realising that the building could crash any moment.
