On Monday, cops claimed they arrested three persons identified as Vikas Aggarwal alias Vicky, Praveen Goyal alias Vipin and Harshit Prabhaklar from Multan Nagar in northwest Delhi and recovered Rs 70,00,000 from Vicky, Rs 30,00,000 from Praveen and Rs 25,00,000 from Harshit. In April 2009, Deepak opened a restaurant named Hungry I, near Satyawati College. Goyal was the cashier at the restaurant.u00a0 Harshit Prabhakar did his B.Com from The College of Correspondence, Delhi University, in 2003 and belongs to a well-educated family. He did his schooling from Bal Bharati Public School, Rajinder Nagar, Delhi. He met Deepak Gogia through a neighbour.
