Man dupes student by placing ads in newspapers that promised educational loan at low rates
The Pulakeshi Nagar police are on the lookout for Ajay Kumar from Ghaziabad who placed advertisements in leading newspapers to lure students, promising educational loan at cheap rates.
Deena Bennett, a resident of Kalyan Nagar who noticed the advertisement, approached Ajay who claimed to be the owner of Radheshyam Associates.

After enquiring about Bennett's background, Ajay asked her to submit copies of her educational certificates and passport for verification.
