Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address two election rallies in Bihar’s Muzaffarpur and Chhapra on Thursday, October 30, ahead of the upcoming Assembly elections.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), PM Modi announced that he would speak at Muzaffarpur at 11 AM and later at Chhapra at 12:45 PM.
