BJP city head wants SIT to probe bad roads

A day after MiD DAY published the story on 10 worst roads in the city (‘Rs 1,275 crore have given Mumbai this’, June 1), city unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) met Municipal Commissioner Sitaram Kunte yesterday and demanded formation of a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to investigate why the roads were still in such a bad shape and where did the funds allotted for repair works go.
