Hyderabad: Hitting back at Congress for its description of the Narendra Modi-led dispensation as a "U-turn sarkar," BJP today said it does not want to be judged on the scale of the opposition party.

"Congress is a party of many turns. It is not just U-turn. Congress is a failed party even in states where it is in power. Congress is not the scale for BJP.
