Cops bowl security charges bouncer ahead of IPL game

Unlike last year where the Pune Rural Police had to work hard to recover the Rs 1 crore bandobast fee, the cops have played safe this time and have asked the organisers to clear bills after every match.
Wary of the experience that they had during the Indian Premier League (IPL) season last year, the Pune Rural Police has decided to play it safe this time. The cops have asked the organisers to pay the bandobast fee after every match that will be played at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium (MCA Stadium) — previously known as Subrata Roy Sahara Stadium.
