Cotton traders to adopt Mumbai's Cotton Green station

The Cotton Association of India has shown interest in Central Railway's proposal; they will be responsible for the upkeep of the amenities at the station, including toilets, benches and other facilities
Indian Railways is in its 160th year and to mark this special year, Central Railway is planning to give Cotton Green railway station a boost. For this, they plan to rope in local associations and trader bodies to take care of the station. Central Railway (CR) will put Cotton Green up for ‘adoption’.
