A Mumbai civil court today said it&nbsp;would frame issues in a suit filed against Bollywood actor&nbsp;Aamir Khan, seeking a ban on the release of his upcoming film&nbsp;'pk' on the ground of obscenity, on December 17.
The film's publicity poster, showing Khan in the buff on&nbsp;railway tracks, is "obscene and vulgar", says the plaintiff&nbsp;Hemant Patil.

The court today said it would frame issues on December&nbsp;17 as to whether it has the jurisdiction to entertain this&nbsp;suit. It asked the plaintiff's lawyer, advocate R N Kachave,&nbsp;to argue on whether a case of obscenity/vulgarity was made&nbsp;out.
Patil wants removal of 'objectionable' scenes from the&nbsp;film and a ban on the poster. The defendants are Censor Board,&nbsp;Khan himself, producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra and director&nbsp;Rajkumar Hirani.
Khan, a good actor who hosts the popular TV show&nbsp;'Satyamev Jayate', has a good and clean public image, but by&nbsp;appearing nude in the poster he has committed "a shameful"&nbsp;act, Patil has contended.
The Supreme Court had recently dismissed a public&nbsp;interest litigation which sought a ban on the poster on the&nbsp;same ground. "If you don't like then don't watch the film,"&nbsp;the judges had said.
