Kendrapara (Odisha):  After cyclone 'Fani' razed a Dalit man's kutcha house to the ground in Odisha's Kendrapara district, he has been living in a toilet allotted to him under the Centre's flagship programme Swachh Bharat Mission.

Officials said that after the cyclone hit the district on May 3, the Dalit man Khirod Jena (58), a landless daily wage earner in Raghudeipur village, was rendered homeless and has been living in 7 feet x 6 feet toilet along with a spouse and two grown-up daughters.
