'Human rights activist' caught extorting from liquor shops in New Delhi

The Delhi Police has busted a gang of extortionists, headed by a lawyer, passing themselves of as members of "The International Human Rights Commission" to extort money from employees of liquor shops in the capital.
The main accused had also employed two armed PSOs and bouncers to look genuine as he extorted money from liquor shop owners on the pretext that they are selling liquor to minors and that their liquor license would be cancelled if they don't pay up.
