ICSE (class X) and ISC (Class XII) results announced

The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) announced the ICSE (class X) and ISC (Class XII) results at 11.30am on Monday. As per statistics provided by the council, the overall pass percentage of ICSE stood at 98.49% and 99.72% in India and Maharashtra respectively. Similarly, the ISC all over ISC pass percentage stood at 96.28% and 98.80% in the country and state, respectively.

After refusing to announce rankers for both the ICSE and ISC examinations for some years, the council went ahead and announced names of top three all-India rankers this time round. The highest rank in ICSE examinations is a staggering 99.20% (English+top four subjects) and of the three student in the country sharing this rank, two students are from Mumbai. Aananya Patwardhan from Chatrabhuj Narsee Memorial School in Vile and Tezan Sahu from St Mary’s ICSE School in Koparkhairane have topped the country with the same score in ICSE examinations. Tanmay Chopra from Cathedral and John Connon High School, Avisha Shah from J B Petit High School, Abhay Dixit from Gokuldham High School, Jian Vora from Children’s Academy and Dhvaneel Visaria from Shishuvan English Medium School all share the third rank with other students form across the country with a score of 98.80%
