Under scrutiny Karnataka High Court Chief Justice P D Dinakaran, was shifted to the Sikkim High Court in a late night decision by the Supreme Court collegium, consisting Chief Justice KG Balakrishnan and Justices SH Kapadia, RV Raveendran and Dalveer Bhandari.

The collegium had earlier asked him to go on leave.
