Union Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde on Thursday ordered an inquiry against the Navi Mumbai Police Commissioner A K Sharma for his alleged links to the prime accused in builder Sunil Kumar Loharia's murder after the victim's family claimed they didn't have confidence in the top brass of the Navi Mumbai police.

While speaking to MiD DAY, Loharia’s son, Sandeep Kumar alias Sunny, confirmed that the minister had passed an order to inquire into the role of Sharma in his father’s murder case.u00a0
