"D'Souza and his supporters attacked me and damaged my friend's car," Pacheco said.
D'Souza, however, said his supporters only questioned Pacheco who had come to distribute money in view of the upcoming civic polls. He said Pacheco was caught disbursing money to voters.
While Pacheco did not lodge any police complaint, D'Souza's supporters lodged one against Pacheco, alleging he was distributing money to voters.
