The Supreme Court on Thursday asked the Government of Maharashtra to respond to a bail plea filed by the father of the minor accused in the 2024 Pune Porsche crash case, news agency PTI reported.

A bench of Justices BV Nagarathna and Ujjal Bhuyan issued a notice to the state government after the minor's father challenged an earlier order of the Bombay High Court denying him bail. The matter is scheduled to be heard on March 10.
