"Had the Delhi police acted in time, my grandson would have been alive. I kept asking them to help me and rescue my innocent grandson. But because of their delay in action I have lost my grandson. He was the sole ray of hope for whom I was alive," said Joseph John (75), the grandfather of 16-year-old Nicholas John-Loyal, who was allegedly murdered by his mother and her live-in partner, Yunus. Nicholas’ body was found on Sunday, buried under the floor of the house where he stayed with his mother and her boyfriend in Pune.
