SC stays part of TDSAT judgment on BSNL

The Supreme Court on Thursday stayed a part of telecom tribunal TDSAT's judgment that directed the Department of Telecommunication to withdraw the allocation of additional spectrum given to state-run BSNL.

The Supreme Court on Thursday stayed a part of telecom tribunal TDSAT's judgment that directed the Department of Telecommunication to withdraw the allocation of additional spectrum given to state-run BSNL.

A bench headed by Justice Tarun Chatterjee passed the order on a petition filed by BSNL challenging the TDSAT judgment that directed the DoT to withdraw additional spectrum from the telecom firm.
