While the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has been making great noise about cracking down on the problems of illegal banners recently, its own ruling party, the Shiv Sena, has been sullying an upscale area in Dadar with huge banners and a dizzying array of flags to advertise an ongoing kabbadi tournament.
