Supreme Court grants interim relief to NCP leader Nawab Malik on medical grounds

The Supreme Court had on July 31 adjourned for a week the hearing on Nawab Malik's plea against a Bombay High Court order refusing to grant him bail on medical grounds

Former Maharashtra Cabinet Minister and senior NCP leader Nawab Malik was granted interim relief for two months on medical grounds by Supreme Court on Friday. Nawab Malik was arrested by ED last year in February.

The Supreme Court had on July 31 adjourned for a week the hearing on Nawab Malik's plea against a Bombay High Court order refusing to grant him bail on medical grounds in connection with a money laundering case being probed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).
