Heavy rainfall in the past several days caused flash floods and landslides in the Keyi Panyor district of Arunachal Pradesh, resulting in national highway movement disruption and atleast 18 residential units in the North Eastern Electric Power Corporation (NEEPCO) project colony being disrupted.
