Bengaluru West City Corporation urged citizens and businesses to cooperate in keeping footpaths free from encroachments and to support initiatives aimed at creating a more pedestrian-friendly urban environment

In a drive aimed at improving pedestrian safety and reclaiming public spaces, the Bengaluru West City Corporation conducted a special encroachment removal operation along pedestrian pathways near the Yeshwanthpur APMC Yard

Following the drive, the pedestrian pathways have been restored, allowing safer and more convenient movement for commuters and local residents. The operation also helped reclaim public spaces that had been occupied by encroachment drive

The initiative is part of the corporation's broader efforts to ensure better civic infrastructure and enhance public convenience. They reiterated the civic body's commitment to maintaining clean, safe, and accessible public spaces across the city
