Delhi-NCR witnessed one of its heaviest spells of monsoon rainfall this season on Thursday, leading to widespread waterlogging, traffic snarls and disruptions across the region. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) issued a red alert for Delhi, warning of extremely heavy rainfall accompanied by thunderstorms, lightning and intense showers. (Pics/PTI)
