Devastating flash floods along the Nepal-Tibet border have killed at least 177 people and left thousands missing, including nearly 300 Indian tourists. India has stepped up efforts to trace stranded citizens, with External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar reviewing the situation with senior officials and Indian envoys in Kathmandu and Beijing.
