People of Lucknow welcomed Group Captain Shukla to his hometown by waving the tricolour. Children showed enthusiasm and cheered for Shukla during the road show.
Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak also welcomed Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla upon the latter's arrival in Lucknow.
Dy CM Pathak called it a "big day" for Lucknow as Shubhanshu Shukla returned after NASA's Axiom-4 space mission.
The residence of Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla was decorated ahead of his arrival after his historic visit to the International Space Station (ISS) in Lucknow.
