Prime Minister Narendra Modi was seen seated next to BJP President Nitin Nabin during the parliamentary party meeting, held a day after the BJP lost the Bankipur Assembly by-election in Bihar.

Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya delivered a presentation on India's sporting achievements, highlighting the country's success in winning medals, including gold, at the Olympics, Asian Games and Commonwealth Games under the government's sports policy.

A presentation during the meeting focused on employment generation, with BJP MP Manoj Tiwari stating that the government highlighted increased job opportunities for young people over the past decade.

The NDA parliamentary party meeting also featured a presentation on various social security schemes implemented by the central government, according to BJP leaders.

Representatives from JD(U), JD(S), NCP, Shiv Sena, NCPI and other NDA allies attended the 'Mangal Milan' meeting, reflecting the coalition's parliamentary coordination.

NCPI leader Sudip Bandyopadhyay, who recently joined the party, said attending the NDA parliamentary party meeting for the first time was a good experience and praised the unity within the alliance.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Home Minister Amit Shah, Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar and several other senior leaders attended the NDA's weekly 'Mangal Milan' meeting.
