Tourists in Himachal Pradesh rejoiced as the parts of the state received snowfall on Sunday. However, in neighbouring Jammu and Kashmir, the fresh spell of snowfall brought normal life to standstill as the mercury stayed close to the freezing point for the second consecutive day (PICS/PTI)
