Air India CEO Campbell Wilson acknowledged the efforts of the four Tata airlines in preparing for this major merger.

Air India Group announced key management changes ahead of the merger.

Vinod Kannan, CEO of Vistara, will continue as Chief Integration Officer post-merger, reporting to Air India CEO Campbell Wilson.

Deepak Rajawat, Vistara’s Chief Commercial Officer, will take on the role of CFO at Air India Express.
