Air India flight crash in Ahmedabad has triggered massive relief and rescue operations in the city. The aircraft, operating as Flight AI171 to London’s Gatwick Airport, crashed into a residential doctors’ hostel in Meghani Nagar just minutes after takeoff. The Boeing 787 Dreamliner was carrying 242 people, including 230 passengers and 12 crew members. According to officials, emergency teams reached the spot within 2-3 minutes, and 70 to 80 percent of the area has been cleared.
