Australian tunneling expert Arnold Dix hogged the limelight as 41 trapped workers in the Silkyara tunnel were rescued in Uttarakhand. Commending his exceptional work, the Australian PM on Dec 08 appreciated Arnold Dix in the Australian Parliament. Australian PM Anthony Albanese praised and commended Arnold Dix for his pivotal role in the 17-day-long rescue mission. He also expressed deep admiration for Arnold Dix, who is the president of the International Tunneling and Underground Space Association.
