Congress party filed a complaint with the Election Commission against Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar for not disclosing an FIR in his affidavit. Congress alleged that while filing nominations for the Rajya Sabha, Parrikar failed to mention the FIR in his affidavit submitted to the Election Commission.
