Heavy rain, strong winds and a powerful dust storm lashed Delhi in the early hours of Sunday, bringing the city to a halt. Widespread waterlogging led to major traffic jams and delays across the capital. In Delhi Cantt, shocking visuals showed a bus and a car submerged at a flooded underpass, underscoring the severity of the downpour. Key areas such as ITO, Dhaula Kuan, Subroto Park, Nanakpura Underpass, and Chanakyapuri also experienced severe flooding, compounding the chaos.
