A major political confrontation unfolded in the Rajya Sabha after Delhi Police entered the CPI(M) headquarters, AKG Bhavan, in New Delhi while attempting to execute a non-bailable warrant against student activist Aishe Ghosh. Leader of Opposition Mallikarjun Kharge questioned the legality of the police action and demanded accountability, while Union Minister JP Nadda defended the operation, calling it a routine law-and-order exercise. A video of CPI(M) MP John Brittas confronting Delhi Police inside the party headquarters has also gone viral. Meanwhile, the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) has warned of a fresh round of nationwide protests if any action is taken against Aishe Ghosh.
