Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar started a controversy by saying that the population in the state would not get under control as women are not educated and men are careless. The Janata Dal-United supremo was addressing a public meeting in Vaishali amid his ongoing Samadhan Yatra on Saturday when he made the remark. The Bihar CM`s remark was slammed by the opposition and BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi.
