Home Minister of Haryana Anil Vij spoke on the situation in Nuh after state witnessed violence that erupted between two groups on July 31.
During an interaction with the media, he said that everything was pre-planned, as people ascended hills around the temples, had lathis, and gathered at entry points. He further stated that several rounds were fired and that some persons had arranged weapons to disturb the peace, law and order in the region. In addition, he stated that the government does not want to rush to a conclusion without conducting a comprehensive investigation, and that internet connections would be restored after the situation in the region improves.
