Colonel Sofiya Qureshi and Wing Commander Vyomika Singh, held a press briefing on India's 'Operation Sindoor'. In the briefing it was revealed that Pakistan fired around 300-400 drones on the intervening nights of May 8 and May 9 at about 36 locations in India. Initial reports suggest that they are Turkish drones and a detailed forensic investigation is underway to establish that. Moreover, they allowed civilian carriers to operate, using innocent passengers as a shield, knowing fully well that its attack would elicit a swift air defense response from India.
