Union Minister Amit Shah in Lok Sabha said that Centre is ready to hold discussion on Manipur and he has written a letter to Opposition of Leaders of both the Houses. He also urged the leaders of the opposing parties to create a conducive environment so that the issue could be discussed in a constructive manner. Meanwhile, BJP leader Smriti Irani took aim at Congress for not letting Parliament function over the Manipur issue. Union Minister alleged that Congress is hiding facts about the Manipur violence.
