Clad in kimonos, a bunch of 20-year-old women ride a roller-coaster after attending a 'Coming-of-Age Day celebration' at an amusement park in Tokyo yesterday.

The day is celebrated on the second Monday of January to congratulate all those who have turned 20 in the past year.
On this day, the new adults dress in kimonos, pray at Shinto shrines and hear speeches from officials on their new responsibilities.
