We never know what we&rsquo;ll face when we&rsquo;re called out.&rdquo; He added, &ldquo;Sometimesu00a0it&rsquo;s just a twisted ankle or a broken bone, but this was one rescue where we truly did arrive in the nick of time and managed to save two young lives.&rdquo;u00a0Prince William qualified as a Search and Rescue pilot in September 2010 and only gained his captaincy with the RAF in June. Fl Lt &lsquo;Schmoo&rsquo; Smith,u00a0co-pilot, said, &ldquo;This was a remarkably swift rescue,u00a0taking around 38 seconds from take-off until we arrived on scene.&rdquo;
