Australian army recruit filmed himself having sex with a female cadet and broadcast it live to his friends through Skype, in a fresh scandal to hit the military, already facing flak for its soldiers making racist comments.

The 19-year-old woman cadet who was not named moved a formal complaint against the fellow first year cadet at the Australian Defence Force Academy complaining that she had consensual sex with the man, who secretly filmed the encounter and transmitted it to six other military students, Australian news agency AAP reported.
