The meeting brought together top executives from key Italian industrial sectors, including commercial refrigeration, aerospace and defence, and technical gases, all of whom expressed a strong commitment to expanding their operations in Indian market
During the meeting with the Union Commerce Minister of India, Italian automotive components manufacturer Carraro Group announced ambitious expansion plans for India, committing to invest €350 million over the next five to seven years—nearly doubling its current investment base in the country
The Union Minister also met with Laura Tarquinio, CEO of iMoon, a leading international player in commercial lighting, along with her team, during the visit to Italy
With detailed investment plans expected soon, the partnerships are set to mark a major boost in Italy-India economic ties
