The death toll from devastating Himalayan glacial floods crossed the grim 1,000 mark on Tuesday, as rescue teams searched for survivors, including dozens feared trapped in hydropower tunnels. Rescue teams continued search operations across flood-hit Nepal as authorities recovered bodies, distributed relief and searched for survivors in the aftermath of the devastating floods.
