"PM Narendra Modi, along with other SCO leaders, participated in the official opening ceremony of the 6th World Nomad Games in Bishkek. The biennial event celebrates the rich sporting traditions, culture and heritage of nomadic civilisations, bringing together countries in a vibrant celebration of their shared culture," the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) stated on X.

Earlier, in a strong display of their warm camaraderie, PM Modi and Russian President Vladimir Putin travelled in the same car to the opening ceremony of the World Nomad Games at Bishkek Arena, immediately after ending their bilateral discussions on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Summit in the capital city of Kyrgyzstan.
