Upon his arrival, Modi was greeted with cultural dance performances, including one group performing a traditional dance from Kutch

The Prime Minister touched down in the capital city on Saturday, commencing an official State Visit focused on elevating bilateral relations between the two nations

Modi accompanied President Herminie to the Seychelles National Botanical Garden for a tree plantation drive, where he was also seen feeding the native Aldabra giant tortoises

The Prime Minister, who is undertaking the state visit at the invitation of President Herminie, will participate in the National Day celebrations as Guest of Honour.
