A Turkish Boeing 747 cargo plane skidded off the runway at Hong Kong International Airport early Monday, plunging into the sea and killing two ground staff. The aircraft, operated by Turkish carrier AirACT under an Emirates flight number, broke apart after overshooting the northern runway.
