A massive fire erupted near Dubai International Airport after a suspected drone strike hit a fuel tank in the vicinity of DXB, forcing the temporary suspension of flight operations at one of the world`s busiest airports. Civil defence teams rushed to the scene and battled the blaze for nearly two hours before bringing the fire under control. Air defence alarms sounded across parts of Dubai as the UAE intercepted missiles and drones launched amid the escalating US–Israel–Iran conflict.
