An explosion at the HF Sinclair Navajo Refinery in Artesia, New Mexico, sent thick black smoke across Eddy County on Friday morning. Three workers were injured with non-life-threatening conditions, while first responders quickly contained the fire. The refinery temporarily halted operations before resuming partial production.
