At least 20 Palestinians were killed at an aid distribution site run by the U.S.-based, Israeli-backed Gaza Humanitarian Fund in Khan Younis. According to GHF, 19 died in a stampede and one was fatally stabbed — the group’s first confirmed fatalities at its aid locations. Meanwhile, Israeli airstrikes killed 41 others, including 11 children, in what the military says were strikes on Hamas targets. Gaza’s Health Ministry and the UN report 875 Palestinians have died waiting for aid since May, many near GHF sites.
