Israel-Palestine conflict: Israel PM Netanyahu dials PM Modi

Amid the escalating Israel-Palestine war, PM Netanyahu held a telephonic conversation with PM Modi. Israeli Prime Minister shared an update with the Indian Prime Minister on the ongoing situation. Twitter to X (formerly Twitter), PM Modi reaffirmed that India unequivocally condemns terrorism in all its forms. The Israel-Palestine conflict entered day 4 and as of now, there is no sign of a ceasefire. Israel continued to destroy Hamas’ major hideouts as part of its high-scale retaliation. This development came after Hamas’ surprise attack on Israel which claimed over 700 lives and left 2,300 injured. Also, Israel has mobilised a massive 3,00,000 troops as part of its retaliation against the militant group. Earlier, Hamas terrorists fired a barrage of rockets into the southern and central parts of Israel. The death toll climbed to 900 in Israel with at least 2,600 injured, claimed Israeli TV channels. Whereas, Gaza’s Health Ministry claimed at least 687 Palestinians’ lives leaving 3,726 wounded in Israeli air strikes.
